Email Notifications are a great way to stay connected to your workflow without having to log in to the Florence eBinders™ each day. View due or expiring Documents, pending Tasks, and Signature requests in a daily, weekly, or monthly Email Digest to save time and easily assess which actions to take first.
To set up Notifications and Email Digests, click on the "Settings" menu in the upper right corner of your screen, then select "Manage My Notifications."
Notification options will appear in the left column - current options include:
- Due in 2, 14, 30, and 60 days
- Expiring in 2, 14, 30, and 60 days
- Signatures - My Queue
- Tasks - My Queue
Select the frequency that you would like to be notified - current options include:
- Daily (sent each morning)
- Weekly (sent every Monday morning)
- Monthly (sent on the evening of the 1st each month)
Email Digests also include smart links to take you exactly where you need to go. Simply click on the link included in the Digest and you will be forwarded directly to the item you selected. You can also update the frequency that you receive the Email Digests by clicking on the "Manage My Notifications" link included at the bottom of each notification.
Note: Information in Email Digests is Team-specific, so you must customize Email Digests separately for each Team that you are a member of. Information in the digest is sorted according to Binder.
