Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

If you registered for Florence eBinder Suite™ and didn't receive the confirmation email:

  1. Go to the main sign up page.
  2. Under Sign in, input your email and password.
  3. On the next page, click "Resend Confirmation."                                                                          

     

             

If the problem still persists, check your inbox's spam folder. If you do find it there, make sure to add florencehc.com and v2.researchbinders.com to your contacts list as approved senders.

Some email systems stop our emails because they have very robust quarantine procedures. Sometimes all new emails are quarantined, causing delays. Other times, certain phrases, such as "Password Reset Confirmation," trigger the email filters that may have been put in place by your organization.
 
In order to ensure a smooth registration process, we recommend having your IT department white-label our emails by listing the notifications@researchbinders.com sender as a verified email address. This will allow the eBinders notifications to be delivered to your Inbox, rather than being blocked or quarantined to your Spam/Junk folder.
