Documents in eBinders can be shared with monitors or other appropriate external users by utilizing the Permissions and Roles features.
Monitors may be given view-only access to specific binders, folders, and/or documents on an as-needed basis. First, the Team Owner or Administrator will need to create a "Monitor" role in eBinder Suite. For more information about creating roles, see What are roles, and how do I create them? View-only permissions will then need to be assigned to the monitor role for the appropriate binders/folders/documents. The Team Owner or Administrator can then send an invitation for the monitor to join the team (see How do I invite users to join my team? for detailed instructions).
Once the monitor no longer needs access to your team's eBinders, you can remove their access. See Can I remove a user from my team? for more detailed instructions.
