Florence eBinders allows you to add text to the body of the documents you upload. This can include adding a subject's ID number, notes about clinical significance of lab results, and more.
To add text to a document:
Open the document and click the "Choose Tool" button to access the drop-down menu. Then click "Add Text".
Click where you would like your text box to go, and then type the desired text. You can change the font size, color, and background color using the options in the tool bar. You can also click on the trash can to delete your text.
You can also use the "X" tool to prefill the text box with an X. This is useful if you are filling out a checklist or an FDF.
Once you are happy with all the text you have entered, you can click "Save" at the top. A pop up will appear letting you know that annotations cannot be changed once saved. Click "Save" again to complete the annotations.
